Let it be known that on September 16th, 2025, I, Holland Evers, am petitioning the New Jersey Superior Court in Cape May County, New Jersey to obtain a court order from the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles to obtain title and possession of a 2013 Dodge Charger, VIN#2C3DXHG6DH55563 from Jessica Maureen Igielski. I performed repairs on the above stated vehicle in July of 2024. The owner refuses to pay for the vehicle repairs, parts, and has left it in my possession for fourteen months.
