SCHOOL DISTRICT OF SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANNING AND RETAINER SERVICES The School District of Springfield Township (Owner or SDST) invites selected independent professional design firms licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (each, a Firm) to submit Proposals to provide Capital Improvement Planning and Retainer Services for the School District of Springfield Township.
